I'm Julia Mole, founder of OnePM – a bespoke property management service tailored specifically for landlords in Oxfordshire.With over 20 years of experience in the property management sector and a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management, I’ve built a deep understanding of what truly matters to landlords: trust, responsiveness, and consistent quality.Having worked extensively in the Oxfordshire property market, I’ve seen first-hand how traditional High Street letting agents often fall short – with inexperienced, overstretched property managers leading to poor service and unnecessary stress for landlords. That’s why I started OnePM: to offer something different.At OnePM, I personally manage each property with the care and attention it deserves. My approach is hands-on, professional, and deeply committed to maintaining the value of your investment while ensuring peace of mind.
